1. Should I start with Agent mode or Drama mode?

Choose Agent mode when you want a product marketing, brand, explainer, vlog, or social video and prefer to start from a goal, template, or example. Choose Drama mode when the project needs a screenplay, reusable characters and locations, precise shot control, or continuity across multiple clips or episodes.

2. How should I operate within Drama mode?

Use direct workspace controls when you want precise control over every step. Use the Agent on the right when you want conversational guidance and help submitting tasks. Combine both for important reviews and faster execution; the Drama chapters in this guide demonstrate this hybrid approach.

3. Why do you need to prepare scripts, assets and storyboards first?

Because Vitent's video generation does not rely solely on a prompt, but on structured context. The script determines the narrative and dialogue, the assets determine the consistency of characters, scenes, and props, and the storyboard determines the shot goals and generation tasks of each segment.

4. What is the difference between a project, an episode, a clip, and a shot?

A project is the highest-level creative unit; a set is an episode or a production line under a project; a clip is a video unit that can be generated independently in a set; a shot is a shot split within a clip.

5. Do all asset images have to be generated before making a video?

Generate and confirm the most important references first, especially lead characters, primary locations, and key props. If you are testing the workflow, you can begin with only the assets required for the current clip.

6. What does “Import All” do?

It imports the current clip's storyboard and relevant character, location, and prop references, creates the video node, and connects those references to it.

7. Where can video generation be initiated?

There are currently two ways: click the video node in the canvas, fill in the requirements in the input box and generate it; or submit the generation command in the Agent dialog box on the right.

8. How to tell when a clip is complete?

Check the current clip card in the Timeline. A green check mark indicates that generation is complete.

9. What should I do if I am not satisfied with the asset image?

Click the asset image to enter the asset details page, where you can view, edit, or enter the canvas to continue adjusting the materials. It is recommended to correct the key assets first, and then return to the production page to regenerate the relevant fragments.
